Our first date. I get to know your business and you leave with a plan. It's a paid 90-minute session where we map where everything runs through you, followed by your drag list, a 90-day plan and a call to walk you through it.

Pay via Stripe and you're taken straight to your questionnaire and booking calendar. Pick your time and you're in.

Complete the questionnaire

Set aside 45 minutes. The more thorough you are, the further we get.

90-minute session

We map where everything runs through you and dig into the one issue you most want fixed.

Your drag list and 90-day plan

What's landing on you, the fix each item needs and in what order. Delivered within 7 days.

60-minute plan call

We walk through your plan together, I answer your questions and we agree your next steps.

After the plan call, it's your choice. You can take the plan and run with it, or bring me in to put it into practice through the Engine Room.

Rescheduling One reschedule is fine, with 24 hours notice. A second request and the session is forfeited, the slot was held for you twice already.
Questionnaire Required before you can book a time. Set aside 45 minutes. Your answers mean we spend the full 90 minutes on the deep work, not covering ground the questions already answer.
Confidentiality Whatever you share about your business, numbers, team or clients stays between us.
