This Privacy Policy explains how The Ops Foundry collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit theopsfoundry.co, use the Free Audit tool or enquire about The Dating Project or The Engine Room.

Who we are

The Ops Foundry is the trading name of The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 47035660). References to "we," "us" or "our" mean The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, specifically:

• Free Audit tool: your first name and email address.
• The Dating Project questionnaire: your name, email, business details and your answers to the pre-session questionnaire.
• The Engine Room enquiry form: your name, email, business name, website or social links (if provided) and details of what you need help with.
• Payment: if you book The Dating Project, payment is processed directly by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Booking: if you book a session, Calendly collects the date, time and any details you provide during scheduling.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare for and deliver a paid session or ongoing engagement.
• Send you the Free Audit results and, if you've opted in, occasional emails relevant to your operations (via EmailOctopus). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Maintain records of client work for our own business and legal purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and our business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• PayPal — processes payment for The Dating Project.
• Calendly — manages session booking.
• EmailOctopus — sends email updates to subscribers who've opted in.

These providers are based outside the UAE, which means your data may be processed internationally. Each maintains its own security and privacy standards, which you can review on their respective websites.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Some third-party tools embedded on the site, such as Calendly and PayPal, may set their own cookies when you interact with them directly, governed by their own cookie policies. If we add analytics tools in future, we will update this policy accordingly.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and questionnaire data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own record-keeping and legal obligations. Where we have no ongoing relationship with you, we aim to delete or anonymise personal data after 24 months of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time, as set out below.

Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to our use of your personal data and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (such as marketing emails). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including relying on the security practices of the reputable third-party providers listed above. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

If the business is sold or transferred

If The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC is ever sold, merged or transferred, your personal data may be transferred to the new owner as part of that transaction. We'll ensure it continues to be protected under a policy at least as protective as this one and we'll notify you if this happens.
