These Terms govern your use of theopsfoundry.co and any services you book through it. By using this website or booking The Dating Project, you agree to these Terms.
The Ops Foundry is the trading name of The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 47035660).
The Dating Project is a paid, one-off 90-minute strategy session priced at $450, followed by a written 90-day action plan delivered within 7 days, plus one week of email support after delivery.
Payment is processed through PayPal at the time of booking and confirms your session slot.
Refunds: once your session has taken place and your 90-day action plan has been delivered, payment is non-refundable. If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll be offered a new session time at no extra cost or a full refund if no suitable time can be found.
Rescheduling: if you need to move your session, contact us as early as possible at hello@theopsfoundry.co. We'll do our best to find a new time.
The Engine Room is an ongoing fractional operations partnership, with scope and price agreed individually with each client before work begins, subject to a three-month minimum commitment. The specific terms of each Engine Room engagement, including scope, deliverables, confidentiality and termination, are set out in a separate signed Services Agreement between you and The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC. Where anything in a signed Services Agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the Services Agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
We bring genuine expertise and work in good faith to diagnose and improve your operations. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results or growth figures, since these depend on many factors outside our control, including your own implementation of any recommendations.
Anything you share with us about your business during a Dating Project session or an Engine Room engagement is treated as confidential and used only to provide our services to you. We won't disclose it to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
Your 90-day action plan and any documentation produced specifically for you under an Engine Room engagement belongs to you once delivered and paid for. The underlying frameworks, methods and general know-how we use to produce that work remain our own intellectual property and we're free to use them with other clients.
The content of this website, including its text, design and branding, belongs to The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to submit fraudulent bookings or enquiries, scraping or copying site content or attempting to disrupt the site's normal operation.
Booking and payment on this site involve third-party services (PayPal, Calendly, Netlify). We aren't responsible for outages, errors or issues caused by these third parties, though we'll do our best to help resolve any problems that affect your booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you've paid us for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
You agree to cover us against any claim, cost or expense arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these Terms.
If a price on this site is ever listed incorrectly due to a typo or technical error, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply in full. Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and The OPS Consultancy FZ-LLC regarding your use of this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
